Agility Ladder!

Above: In CrossFit we don't see too much lateral movement.  So, every now and then our awesome Agility Ladder will come out to train the later movements!

Today's WOD:
Speed & Quickness:
Agility Ladder Drills

Strength:
Max L-sit hold for time (3 attempts).


Met-con:
"Isabel"
For time:
30 Snatches (135/95 lbs.)


Use 65 pounds or broomstick as needed.


Saturday Class Schedule:  9am and 10am only!  We will add in the 11am class post-Coach Josh's Olympic Lifting Clinic.
