Today's Workout:
A. Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Push Jerk + Split Jerk

Build over the course of the 10 sets.

B. 4 rounds for time of:
400 Meter Run
10 Alternating One-Arm DB/KB Snatch (70/55 lbs)
20/15 Ring Dips

Time cap: 20-minutes
