Today's Workout:
A. Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):
Halting Clean Deadlift + Hang Clean + Clean
Build over the course of the 8 sets.

Drop the barbell after the hang clean.

B. As many rounds and reps as possible in 10-minutes, of:
50 Double-Unders
21 Box Jumps (24/20")
15 Chest to Bar Pullups
