Day 14 of the Paleo Challenge!

Today's WOD:

A. Five sets of:
3-Position Snatch
Rest 2 minutes


B. 20-minutes to build a 1-RM Back Squat
* Set 1 - 5 reps @ 55%
* Set 2 - 3 reps @ 65-75%
* Set 3 - 3 rep @ 75-85%
* Barbell Walkout @ 5-10% above your projected max
* Set 4 - 1 rep @ 95%
* Set 5 - 1 rep @ 100-105%
* Set 6 - 1 rep @ 105%+
Rest 2-minutes between sets.
