B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 Overhead Squats (135/95 lbs)
3 Muscle-Ups or 10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
C. "Optional Accessories"
3 sets of:
Ring Bicep Curls x 8-10 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Banded Pull Aparts x 30 reps
