1 – 200 Meter Run
2 – Power Cleans (135/95 lb.)
3 – Front Squats (135/95 lbs)
4 – Ring Dips (modify with Box Dips)
5 – Burpees
6 – Toes to Bar
7 – Pull-ups
8 – Kettlebell Swings
9 – Box Jumps (24/20")
10 – Handstand Push-ups (or HR Push-ups)
11 – Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
12 – Man Makers
Perform for time, or just for fun.
