* Set 4 – 2 reps @ 95-98%
* Set 5 – 1 rep @ 100-105%
B. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes (10 sets):
Deadlift x 3 reps @ 65-70%
C. In Team of 2, alternating complete rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes, of:
5 Front Squats (185/125 lbs)
10 Burpees over the Barbell
Rest 2 minutes, and then…

10 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
