Back Squat x 3 reps @ 85%+ of 1-RM
B. Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs to 10' - Must catch ball for good rep.)
20 Burpees to Target 6″ Above Reach
Time cap: 20-minutes
C. "Optional"
For efficiency:
50 Hand Plank Shoulder Taps
50 Tuck Rocks
50 V-Ups
