Bar Muscle-ups x 3-6 reps
(No Muscle-ups, sub Chest to Bar Pull-ups x 8-10 reps)
L-sit Hold x 30 seconds
B. In 15 minutes or less, build to today’s “heavy”…
Back Squat x 1 rep
Followed by...
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Back Squat x 2 reps @ 90% of today’s heavy single
C. For time:
30 Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lbs)
500 Meter Row
