*Sets 1-2 = 3 reps @ 70-75%
*Sets 3-4 = 2 reps @ 80-85%
*Sets 5-6 = 1 rep @ 90%
*Sets 7-8 = 1 rep @ 95+%
B. Four rounds for time of:
400 Meter Run
16 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
9 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
