A. Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):
Split Jerk x 2 reps
Build to roughly 90% over the course of the 8 sets.
B. Every minute, on the minute, for 21 minutes (7 Sets):
Minute 1: 10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
Minute 2: 15 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs to 10 ft)
Minute 3: 20 Double Unders + 8 Toes-to-Bar
C. 10-minutes of static stretching.
