A. Three sets, not for time, of:
Double-Unders x 30-50 reps
Muscle-ups x 4-6 reps (No MU, work C2B Pull-ups)
Handstand Push-ups x 10-12 reps

B. Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy Split Jerk.

C. For time:
30 Man-Makers
