A. Three sets of:
Jerk Balance x 3 reps
Rest as needed

B. 15-minutes to build a heavy Split Jerk.

C. 4 sets of:
500m Row or 400m Run
Rest 3 minutes
**30 burpee penalty for every set that deviates +5 sec. from the fastest set.**
