A. Gymnastics Play Session: Take 12 minutes to practice 3 gymnastics movements of your choice.

B. Five sets of:
Front Squat x 2 reps
Rest 2 minutes

C. Five sets of:
Clean & Jerk x 1 rep
Rest 2 minutes
