A. 5 sets of:
Front Squat x 1 rep
Rest 2-minutes

B. Every 2 minutes, for a total of 10 minutes (five sets): 
Clean x 2 reps @ 85-95%

C. Three rounds for time of:
400 Meter Run
10 Man-Makers
