Today's Workout:
A. Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes, complete (6 sets):
Power Clean x 1 + Full Clean x 1

B. Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes, complete (6 sets):
Front Squat x 5 reps @ 20X1

C. Three rounds for time:
60 Double-Unders
30 Wallballs (30/20 lbs to 10 ft)
15 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
