Handstand Hold x 45-60 seconds
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups x 10 reps (Working on speed and efficiency)
24/20″ Box Jumps x 10 reps
B. Every minute, on the minute, for 4 minutes:
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 40% x 4 reps
*Set 2 – 55% x 3 reps
*Set 3 – 65% x 2 reps
*Set 4 – 80% x 1 rep
And then …
Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes:
*Set 5 – 90% x 1 rep
*Set 6 – 95% x 1 rep
*Set 7 – 99+% x 1 rep
*Set 8 – 99+% x 1 rep
And then …
Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes, perform:
90-95% x 1 rep
