30 Wall Balls (each)
30 Double-Unders (each)
DB/KB MUST be controlled to the floor for the rep to count.
Wall Ball: 20/14 lbs to 10 feet
B. Three sets of:
Banded Good Mornings x 10-12 reps @ 30X1
Rest 90 seconds
Supinated Ring Rows x 10-12 @ 20X1
