Today's Workout:
A. Every two minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets), complete:
3-Position Clean + Jerk
(high hang, mid thigh, floor, then jerk)

B. Three sets for times of:
Row 500 Meters
15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
25 Pull-Ups
Rest 3 minutes
