Strict Handstand Push-ups x 4-10 reps
Alternating Pistols x 12-16 reps
Double-Unders x 40-50 reps
B. Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (8 sets):
Split Jerk x 1 rep @ 70-90%
C. For time:
Run 3 Miles (12 x 400 Meter) or Row 5000 Meters
