Suggested loads per set (by %): 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 80, 85, 85
B. 5 rounds each for time, of:
25/20 Cals on the Rower
10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
Rest 2-minutes between rounds
C. "Optional Accessories"
Three sets of:
Hollow Rocks x 20 reps
Weighted V-ups x 20 reps
Rest as needed
