A. Every 2-minutes for 12-minutes (6 sets):
Front Squat x 3 reps
Load by how you feel.
B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
10 Toes to Bar
Rest 2 minutes, then repeat for a total of 4 sets.
C. "Optional Accessories"
2 sets of:
60 second Straight-leg Bottom Balance
60 second Reverse Plank Hold on Hands
30 Elbow Jacks
