Today's Workout:
A. Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
Front Squat + Jerk @ 90-100% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk

B. "Rowing Helen"
3 rounds for time, of:
400 Meter Row
21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
12 Handstand Push-ups
