A. Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes:
Front Squat x 2 reps @ 80-85%

B. Five sets of:
Halting Clean Deadlift + Hang Clean + Clean + Jerk @ 70-80% of 1-RM Clean & Jerk
Rest 2-3 minutes

C. "Open 11.3"
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5-mintues, of:
Squat Clean (165/110 lbs)
Jerk (165/110 lbs)
