Today's WOD:
In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete as many reps and rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
3 Deadlifts (275/185 lb)
6 Regional Box Jumps (24/20")
9 Pull-ups

Rest exactly 2 minutes, and then:

In teams of 2, alternating full rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 Ab-mat Sit-Ups
10 Walking Lunges with 45/30 lb. DBs

Rest exactly 2 minutes, and then:

In teams of 2, complete for time:
Run 1600 Meters (in 200m legs)
