L-Sit x 30-40 seconds
Kettlebell Push Press & Hold x 8-10 reps @ 10X2

B. 6 sets of:
Thruster x 2 reps
Rest 2-minutes

C. For time:
20 Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lb)
30 Toes to Bar
Run 400 meters
