Today's WOD:
A. 5 sets of:
Back Squat x 5 reps @ 70% + 20 lbs.
Rest 2-3 minutes

B. For max score:
2-minutes: Max Reps KB Snatch (53/35 lbs.)
Then, AMRAP in 8-minutes, of:
8 Lateral Box Jumps (20")
16 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25 lbs. plate)
24 Hand-Release Push-ups
Then, 2-minutes: Max Reps KB Snatch (53/35 lbs.)
