I'm seeing a trend here: burpees every Friday? :) The shoulder is almost ready for me to come back in full swing. I'm addicted to mobility wod and have been doing Turkish get ups for a few weeks (per Brian Wong and KStar!). I highly recommend TGU's for anyone with shoulder issues (or even without them, for that matter). They suck, but are so worth it. Sorry to have missed this wod (wink, wink).
