Today's WOD:
A. 15-minutes to establish a 10-rep max Overhead Squat. (Yes, you must complete all 10-reps before lowering the barbell for a successful load.)

B. 3 sets of:
Snatch x 1 rep at 75-85% of 1-RM
Rest as needed

C. 2 sets each for time, of:
1000m Row
Rest 5-minutes
