Above: New collars and pull-up bands! These Lock-Jaw collars are not cheap, so please, take care of your gym including all the equipment. If you don't know how to use the Lock-Jaw collars, then ask a coach! Also, just a reminder, when you are putting your barbells away, take the collars off and put them in the box BEFORE you do anything else. Dumping a 45 lbs. bumper plate onto the collar and smashing it is NEVER a good idea! |
