Front Squat
3 reps @ 80% of 1-RM
2 reps @ 85-90%
1 rep @ 90-95%
5 reps @ 60%
5 reps @ 65%
5 reps @ 70%
5 reps @ 75%
5 reps @ 80%
Rest 2 minutes between sets.


Three rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
Run 400 meters


Important Announcement for the CrossFit 808 Hawaii VA Loans Showdown Teams: 
First, if you haven't watched the movement standard videos, yet, you must do so ASAP! They are posted on the Hawaii VA Loans facebook page as well as the Showdown websiteWe'd like to see all the team athletes on Friday afternoon around 5:00pm at Ala Moana Beach Park. We will meet at the "Fitness Station" on the park side closest to the Magic Island parking lot. We'll run through the gasser as well as talk strategy for the other events. 

We will have a Yoga session with a recovery-styled yoga instructor on Saturday at 11:45am, please bring a towel to assist you in the stretches we will be doing. 

All team athletes need to check-in at 7:30am on Sunday! We will have some tents up for any and all of the 808ers to hangout in, but bring your own coolers and snacks for the day. Please, wear your CrossFit 808 Highlighter shirt or tank to the event - so put it on the side, so that you don't have to wash it Saturday night!
