1. This Saturday, July 23rd at 6:00pm--Paleo Potluck BBQ at the box! We will have a grill for the meats and veggies you'd like to cook. Please, bring your own beverages/coolers (yes, alcoholic beverages are allowed, its the only non-Paleo thing that will be allowed through the gym doors).
2. No non-CrossFit 808-members will be allowed to join our classes during this week (July 25-July 31). This means if you are new to our gym (a.k.a. NOT a current member) and want to try out on of classes, you will have to wait till Wednesday, August 3rd.
3. The gym will be closed on Friday, July 29th and Saturday, July 30th--this means NO CLASSES. We, the coaching staff, hope that you will be glued to your computer watching the streaming live CrossFit Games! This may be the only time I ever allow you to be glued to your computer! We will post WODs for both days on the website, so you can do those during the breaks in the competition. You will be able to view the CrossFit Games at http://games.crossfit.com/content/watch-live.
