Yoga-stretch with Lululemon Ala Moana:
Tess, from Lululemon Ala Moana, led the 8:30am class in a cool-down Yoga stretch session! Our two visiting CrossFitters, Josh Martin and Natalie Arford, jumped in on the stretching, too. Both Josh and Nat train at CrossFit Athens in Georgia. We look forward to seeing them again before they head back to the South!
