The HURT 100 Trail Series

Above:  Some of our coaches and athletes participated in the HURT 100 Trail Series this past weekend.  It was a 6-mile trail run that began at Moanalua Valley Park and looped back.  The next HURT 100 Trail Series is on April 9th and will be 7-miles. Check out hurthawaii.com for more information.

Today's WOD:
Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps


**Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.**

We're doing the CrossFit Open Week 1 Workout tomorrow! If you have your own jump rope, bring it for your Double-Unders tomorrow!
