"CrossFit Games Open WOD 11.1"
AMRAP in 10 minutes, of:
30 Double-Unders
15 Power Snatches (75/55 lbs.)
After practicing Double-Unders all week long, even forcing our athletes to just get attempts at the skill, we gave Open WOD 11.1 a 2nd attempt. Congratulations to all the athletes who grabbed PRs today and to those who attempted Double-Unders for the first time in a WOD. I could not be more proud of the effort I saw from each and every one of you today! Happy Prince Kuhio Day!
