CrossFit Games Open Week 1 Workout Announced

Week 1 Workout:
"Double-under/Power Snatch"

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches (75lbs / 55lbs)


**Please watch the Workout Description Video HERE! Pay close attention to the Range of Motion (ROM), so you don't have reps taken away from you on Friday.**

As mentioned in the last post, we've designated Friday as our "Open Workout Day".  So, all the classes from 6am to 6pm, will do the Workout of the Week--regardless of if you are registered to compete or not.

If you are registered and competing, you must email me (elyse@808crossfit.com) in advanced letting me know, which class you will attend on Friday, so I can have our coaches/judges ready to go.
