Today's Workout:

A. Every 3-minutes for 15-minutes (5 sets):
Front Squat:
Set 1 – 5 reps @ 60%
Set 2 – 5 reps @ 70%
Set 3 – 5 reps @ 75%
Set 4 – 5 reps @ 75%
Set 5 – 5 reps @ 75+%

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7-minutes, of:
42 Double-unders
30 Wall balls (20/14 lbs to 10')
18 Ring Dips

Rest 3-minutes, then...

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7-minutes, of:
21 Double-unders
15 Wall balls (20/14 lbs to 10')
9 Ring Dips
