A. Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):
2 Clean Lift-Offs + 1 Clean
For the clean lift-offs, lift the barbell to your mid-patella and pause for 2 seconds, then return the barbell to the ground.
Build over the 10 sets.
B. "Karen"
For time:
150 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs to 10')
MUST CATCH BALL FOR REP.
C. Three sets of:
Kettlebell/Dumbbell Turkish Get-up x 5 reps each arm
Banded Glute Bridges x 60 seconds
Rest as needed
