B. In teams of 2, complete the following for time:
Row 500 Meters, while partner completes 100 Double-Unders (then switch)

40 Pull-Ups
30 Shoulder to Overhead (155/105 lbs)
20 Alternating Burpee Box Jumps (24/20")
10/6 Muscle-ups
Only one barbell per team, you must switch your own loads. Must tag partner in before every switch.
