Front Squat
*Set 1 – 2 reps @ 75%
*Set 2 – 2 reps @ 80%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 4 – 1 rep @ 90%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 92-95%
*Set 6 – 1 rep @ 95-98%
B. Tribute workout to the victims of the MPHS shooting.

In teams of 2, complete 6 rounds each for time, alternating movements:
10 Front Squats (225/155)
24 KB Swings (70/53)
14 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
6 rounds represents the number of victims from the shooting.
10-24-14 is the day of the shooting.
