B. As many rounds and reps as possible in 5-minutes, of:
115/75 lb Power Snatch x 10 reps
30″/24″ Box Jumps x 20 reps
Rest 5-minutes, then . . .

C. As many rounds and reps as possible in 5-minutes, of:
115/75 lb Push Press x 15 reps
Toes to Bar x 15 reps
Rest 5-minutes, then . . .

D. For time:
Run 400 Meters
20 KB Swings (70/53 lbs.)
Run 400 Meters
