A. In teams of three, complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 Deadlifts (275/185 lb.)
6 Hand-Release Push-Ups
9 Regional Box Jumps (24"/20")

Rest EXACTLY five minutes, and then...

B. In teams of three, complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Burpees

Schedule Reminder: Wednesday, January 2nd we will be running a modified schedule: 8:30am, Noon, and 5:00pm!
