A. Five sets of:
Back Squat
* Set 1 – 10 reps @ 70-75% of 1-RM
* Set 2 – 8 reps @ 75-80%
* Set 3 – 6 reps @ 80-85%
* Set 4 – 4 reps @ 85-90%
* Set 5 – 3 reps @ 90-95%
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
B. 3 sets of:
Row 1000 meters
Rest 4-minutes
**30 burpee penalty for every set that deviates +/- 5 sec. from the fastest set.**
