*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 80-85%
*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 90-95%
Sets 4-6 – 2 reps @ 85%
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
B. Males
12-9-6 rep rounds for time:
185 lb Front Squat
Muscle-ups
Females
9-7-5 rep rounds for time:
125 lb Front Squat
Muscle-up
