* Set 1 - 5 reps @ 70%
* Set 2 - 3 reps @ 80%
* Set 3 - 1 rep @ 90%
* Sets 4 - Max reps @ 90%
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
C. 3 rounds for time of:
30 KB Snatches (15l/15r) 53/35 lbs.
25 Wall Balls (20/14# to 10 ft.)
