Today's WOD:
A. 5 sets of:
Back Squat x 5 reps at 70% of your 1-RM
Rest 2-3 minutes

B. 3 rounds for time, of:
10 Squat Clean (135/95 lbs.)
20 Regional-Style Box Jumps (24")

C. 10-minutes of stretching/mobility.
