Plug your scores in from Workout 12.1!

Submit your scores online and Coach Elyse will validate them as they roll-in! Don't wait till the last minute to do so... log-on immediately and plug your scores in if you want to continue through the Open.
Directions:
  • Log-in to your CrossFit Games account by going here: http://games.crossfit.com/.
  • In the right-side bar, click on the that reads: Submit Workout 12.1 Score.
  • Click on "Performed at an Affiliate". 
  • Then, type in "CrossFit 808" as your affiliate. Give it a second and "CrossFit 808" should pop up below as an option, click on "CrossFit 808". It should now read "Performed at CrossFit 808"
  • Enter your total reps for Workout 12.1.
  • Click "Submit". Then double check your results and click "Submit" once more.
You must submit all scores by 5:00pm Pacific Time (so 3:00pm Hawaii Time) on Sunday, February 26, 2012. Yes, that is tomorrow! So, don't wait till the last minute, because in the past CrossFit has had issues with their website, and with 60,000 participants... I'd put the blame on you for trying to post so late! Again, great job everyone! I am so impressed with the way our box came together and crushed Workout 12.1. You guys were all very inspiring and I look forward to the next 4 weeks!

    B- eggs, 1/2 pear, coffee w/ coconut milk creamer & stevia
    L- Spring mix salad topped with shredded leftover roasted chicken
    D- meatballs in marinara over roasted cauliflower

    Saturday 25th
    B- eggs, home fries (leftover roasted potatoes, onions, mushrooms skillet fried in bacon fat), coffee (black)
    L- O'Charley's buffalo chicken salad, no dressing
    D- Jack-n-Box grilled chicken club salad, no dressing
    S- NorCal margarita, paleo candy bar (recipe posted on the 23rd)

  2. Feb 26th- Day 12
    Breakfast- 3 eggs, 2 strip turkey bacon, 2 Canadian bacon, coffee, fish oil
    Lunch- lean ground beef with herbs, manoa lettuce, 2 fried eyes and jalepeno
    Dinner- lean ground beef mixed with chopped turkey and Canadian bacon with herbs, pineapple, manoa lettuce, fish oil

  3. 2/26/12 - Day 12...
    B - 3 eggs scrambled, 3 bacon (uncured, low salt), 24oz smoothie (kale, chard, carrots, coconut milk, blueberries, peaches, apple, pineapple, banana).
    S - 16g dark chocolate (88% Endangered Species).
    L - 6oz baked salmon (EVOO, lemon juice, Mrs.Dash), steamed choi sum.
    D - 5oz hamburger & salad (kale, chard, EVOO, coconut aminos), sweet potato, 16g dark chocolate (88% Endangered Species).
    Snack - 8 mini Paleo banana muffins (I blame Elyse for posting the recipe ... and for the subsequent chocolate gorging :), 32g dark chocolate (16g 88% Endangered Species, 16g 70% 365 brand)
