Changes to the Open WOD schedule: 
This week the Open WOD will be programmed for our regular classes on Thursday. We will also still be holding our Saturday Night Open WOD event.
  1. We will hit the Open Workout of the Week on Thursday as the WOD for all classes - If you plan on being validated during a class you must sign-up for a class time (this is only for registered athletes, all others can just come to the class). Post the class time you intend on coming to for Thursday's Open Workout on the gym sign-up sheet or on our Facebook page.
  2. Saturday Night Lights - Everyone is invited to either cheer on or participate in the Open WOD (you do not have to be registered to participate). Saturday Night Lights will begin at 4:00pm. Please sign-up on the sheet at the box or on our Facebook page - note if you are a registered athlete or not. Athletes will be assigned a heat and notified of their heat assignment upon arrival on Saturday. Please DO NOT show up before 4:00pm, the first heat will not begin till 4:30pm, so you'll have plenty of time to warm-up!

    B- eggs, lemon/blueberry muffins from Make it Paleo, coffe/black
    L- kitchen sink skillet :o) (lol, leftovers of roasted chicken, a few potato, mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions thrown into a skillet and warmed up. It was time to clean out the fridge!)
    D- chicken and steak fajitas with guac, no tortillas
    S- paleo candy bar (recipe posted on the 23rd?)

    1. Sorry, it was the Lemmon poppy seed muffins recipe but I used blueberries instead of poppy seeds and baked them a little longer.

    Breakfast- Eggs, turkey and Canadian bacon, kale, coffee, fish oil
    Lunch- lean ground beef with herbs, eggs, turkey bacon, manoa lettuce, almonds, coffee
    Dinner- ribeye, kale, oven baked Okinawan sweet potatoe fries, pineapple, coconut milks, fish oil

  3. B- Scrambled egg whies with purple cabbage, espresso with coconut milk
    L- Chicken tenderloins with roasted broccoli
    D- Grilled steak with grilled veggies (zuchinni and bell peppers)

    B-Eggs with ham and onion
    L-Steak stew- peppers, onion, sweet potato as a thickener, steak, tomato, seasoning, broccoli, mushrooms
    D- same

    28th
    B- Bacon
    L- Spinach stuffed pepper: onion, garlic, cilantro, bell peppper, spinach, almond flour, hot pepper, small garden salad
    D- Pork with almond flour, pineapple, coconut milk, curry, sweet potato fries with hot pepper.

  5. 2/27/12 - Day 13...
    B - 2 egg frittata (sausage, spinach, zucchini), 3oz sausage, 1/4 avocado, 1 kiwi.
    S - macadamias, 4 mini paleo banana muffins, 16g dark chocolate (88% Endangered Species).
    L - half apple w/ almond butter, 1/4 kiwi, carrots, 1 mini Paleo banana muffin,16g dark chocolate (70% 365 brand).
    D - Paleo stir fry (organic ground beef, zucchini, kale, spinach, onions, olives, spices), half avocado. 2 mini Paleo banana muffins.
