Important Information about the next cycle of our Elements Program and Free Intro Classes:
No Free Intro Class till Saturday, March 31st! We will be postponing our Free Saturday Intro Class till the end of the CrossFit Games Open, so if you are interested in trying out our gym please email and sign-up for March 31st. The next Elements cycle will begin the week following, so April 3rd. We will offer both the AM and PM session.

If you didn't sign-up for Saturday Night Lights but feel like hitting the WOD, we'll just add you onto the final heat. First heat will begin at 4:30pm, so you all have plenty of time to warm-up.     Breakfast- 4 eggs, 2 turkey bacons, almonds, grapes, almond milk, coconut milk, coffee, fish oil
    Lunch- chicken breast, spinach, coffee
    Dinner- chicken breast, bell pepper, pineapple, coconut milk, jalepeno, tomatoes, fish oil.

    B-Breakfast burrito minus the burrito from whole foods (scrambled egg, bacon, onion, peppers, pico, and guacamole)
    L- Roasted Veggie salad from CPK added chicken minus the corn
    D- Chicken tenderloin, fried green tomatoes

    B - 3oz sausage (chicken-apple), 3 oz frittata (eggs, sausage, spinach, zucchini), pineapple chunks.
    L - 1.5oz sausage (chicken-apple), 5oz organic hamburger patty, half avocado, carrots, 40g dark chocolate (85% Lindt).
    D - 7oz NY steak (salt, pepper; prepared by Whole Foods), broccoli (lemon juice, Mrs.Dash), 20g dark chocolate (85% Lindt).
