Congratulations to all the 808ers who finished the Honolulu Marathoners!

 Above: Congratulations to all the 808 athletes and coaches that completed the 2011 Honolulu Marathon, yesterday! Big shout out to Coach John, who ran a sub 4 hour marathon and grabbed a PR by over 10 minutes. One day, I'll make an attempt at a marathon, but for now I'll stick to my 4-mile Diamond Head loop.

15-minutes to find a 1 rep max Snatch.

21-15-9 rep rounds for time:
Overhead Squats (135/95 lbs.)
Chest to Bar Pull-ups
15-minute cap.

Coach Josh PRs his Snatch from 200 lbs. to 215 lbs., and it looks like he has more! Pay attention to how quick he drops under the bar and receives it in the squat. Love it!
